Cable Assemblies:

Multi conductors, high and low density connectors, environmentally sealed cables, optimum EMI protection.

Harness Assemblies:

Satellite and avionics harness, round or flat wiring, zero friction, contrahelically laid assemblies, machinery and test equipment wirings

Coax Assemblies:

RF/UHF cable assemblies, rigid and semi rigid coaxes.

Electromechanical Assemblies:

Test and relay boxes, components and wiring terminations, machine parts and mechanical assembly boxes.

Controlled processes

Our controlled processes are based on the following procedures:

Soldering: Our soldering conforms to MIL- STD-2000 and IPC-A-610 requirements.

Crimping: MIL-DTL-22520, MIL-DTL-39888, avionics and satellite applications.

Harnessing: Aviation and space/satellite applications.

Molding: Polyurethane encapsulation per MIL-M- 24041.

We have identified 28 processes for which we have developed written procedures and working instructions. Of these, twelve are related to product realization and six for Quality Control. Ten of these processes refer to QA processes and management responsibilities.

Testing

We use state of the art automatic test equipment for continuity tests ,hipot testing , as well as insulation resistance testing and many more in order to assure the highest possible qualities of manufacturing for our customers.
