Ryan Manufacturing Inc. is a cable assembly facility specializing in manufacturing of build-to-print wire harness assemblies and cable systems for the aerospace and military related industries. Ryan was founded in 1996 in Richmond, British Columbia and has since been in the forefront of the wire harness manufacturing industry in Western Canada.

We are equipped with the expertise, and the tools necessary to provide complete and comprehensive interconnecting solutions to our customers who require high levels of quality and reliability. With a manufacturing facility of 31,000 square feet and a workforce of 85 strong, we will meet any requirements that our customers have.

Our Mission is to manufacture highly reliable custom interconnection solutions to meet the highest standards of the defense and aerospace industries. Our goal is that of continual and consistent improvement in our product, customer relations, and employment satisfaction.

CGP (Controlled Goods Program of Canada) We are registered under this Domestic Industrial Security Program administered by Public Works and Government Services Canada.

Quality Management System: Our Quality Management System is in compliant with ISO 9001:2008 + AS9100C and has been registered with SAI Global as of April 19, 2007. Our Quality Assurance is also based on MIL-I-45208A. we focuses on continual improvement and increased customer satisfaction as our two permanent Quality Objectives.

Our Product Realization Processes are based on the following standards:

Soldering: Our soldering conforms to MIL-STD-2000A and IPC-A-610 requirements.
Crimping: MIL-DTL-22520, MIL-DTL-39888, avionics and satellite applications.
Harnessing: Aviation and space/satellite applications.
Molding: Polyurethane encapsulation per MIL-M-24041.

Our Quality Control process is also based on MIL-STD-105E. However, we can apply any further standards, which may be required by our customers in order to further improve our quality standards.

Ryan Manufacturing Inc. is also registered under of the Controlled Goods Registration Program, through the federal government of Canada.
